Background

Dimple is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience as an S&P 500 CIO, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor, driving transformation through innovation, technology, process enhancement, and organizational design. As the current CIO of Aramark Destinations, she leads the vision, innovation, and execution of technology solutions across a diverse portfolio of national and state parks, resorts, conference centers, and cultural attractions across North America. Dimple focuses on operational excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, delivering cutting-edge technologies that create seamless, immersive experiences for millions of guests, while enabling employees to thrive in some of the most remote and unique locations.

Before joining Aramark Destinations, Dimple served as CIO at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH), the world’s third-largest cruise line. There, she transformed the IT organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and execution. Her work in modernizing the company’s technology infrastructure led to significant revenue growth, operational excellence, and improved guest and crew experiences.

Earlier in her career, Dimple held key roles at Arthur Andersen LLP and BearingPoint, Inc. (formerly KPMG), leading large-scale enterprise transformations and developing deep expertise in both business and technology. She co-founded a Florida-based consulting firm specializing in business process transformation, post-merger integration, enterprise-wide software implementations, and compliance and financial reporting. The firm grew for 14 years under her leadership, earning a reputation for exceptional service and a client-first approach.

Dimple holds an MBA with a focus in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, both from the University of Miami. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and resides in Miami, Florida.
