Background

Ana is a business-oriented Information Technology professional with over 25 years of experience in Information Technology. She has led teams at an enterprise level for highly regarded healthcare and
higher education institutions. Ana has a proven ability to build hyperautomation programs, leveraging her in-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Information Security (IS) best practices, and compliance regulations such as FERPA, HIPAA, HITECH Acts, and PCI, coupled with her personal commitment to policies and controls, in parallel with strong focus on developing and mentoring team
members.

In her role, Ana provides leadership, sets strategy, and makes technological decisions for the development and implementation of technological resources. She establishes technology vision, strategies, and growth plans, leads system and quality assurance processes, and transforms teams through technology, organization, culture, process, and business change management.
