Eric has 23+ years of IT Leadership, Strategy, Retail, CPG, Program Management, and Information Security experience. Eric is passionate about both people and technology and has played a key role in cultivating a winning culture within the Technology teams he has lead, while evolving the mindset of his team to play strategic business partners. His mission has been to elevate the awareness across his organizations on how they can better leverage technology. He has played a critical role in both advising leadership as well as identifying, prioritizing and delivering technology projects that support near-term
and long-term growth opportunities.
Currently, Eric is proud to serve as Kellanova’s North American CIO where he has end-to-end accountability for the overarching technology strategy, delivery, & operations for Kellanova’s largest region. His role is to help create incredible experiences for Kellanova employees, consumers, and partners.
Prior to joining Kellanova Eric has held several leadership roles in technology including: Regional CIO, North America and Latin America at Bacardi. And CIO for Global R&D Function at Estee Lauder. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems/Finance from Binghamton
University in upstate New York.
