Currently, as Chief Information Officer & Senior Vice President at Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, Macario leads technology strategy & innovation for over 300 global locations, spanning 70+ countries. He combines his technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive digital transformation and innovation across enterprise.
Previously, as Vice President of Marketing Technology at Caesars Entertainment, he managed technology for 45 resorts, increasing productivity by 20% and reducing expenses by 30%. At Tectonic LLC, Macario enhanced client engagement and operational effectiveness in the retail, travel, and hospitality sectors through innovative technology solutions.
Macario's career began with various leadership roles in the Military, Caesars Entertainment, TeleTech and Tectonic, LLC, where he established defined, designed and deployed platforms focused on increasing revenue, enhancing customer experience, and improving effectiveness via integrated emerging technologies. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he holds an MBA from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, and is also a graduate of The Wharton School of Business.
