Beatriz Copelli is a CIO with over 23 years of successful experience in technology having held roles in USA, Canada, Latin America, UK, Mexico, Africa. Since joining Danone, in early 2023, she is SVP & CIO North America for Danone and accountable for Data & Analytics across Danone’s Americas Region. Previously, Bia performed technology leadership roles for other CPGs such as CIO for Canada & Mexico, Regional CIO for Americas & Sub-Saharan Africa and Global CIO for Supporting Functions. She has been a lead advocate and sponsor of Diversity & Inclusion programmes for the past 10 years and keeps working as an active lead in that space in the technology market.
